  • Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) says retaliatory strikes have been launched against US forces in the region, specifically mentioning bases in Kuwait and Bahrain, according to Iranian news reports.
  • The United States military’s Central Command (CENTCOM) earlier launched attacks “against multiple targets in Iran”, saying the strikes were in “self-defense”, as well as in response to “Iran’s unwarranted and continued aggression”.
